Mr. Libourel is a Founding Partner of HNP and is the Managing Director of the firm. Mr. Libourel has 30 years of experience developing new products, including executive positions at Emerson.
Mr. Libourel’s expertise areas include Portfolio Management, R&D, Product Engineering, Project Management, Testing & Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, and Process Re-engineering.
Mr. Libourel graduated with a BSMET from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Jennifer Petruzzi – Product Marketing
Ms. Petruzzi is the Executive Product Marketing advisor to the firm. Ms. Petruzzi has 15+ years of experience in Product Management and Commercialization, including executive positions at Diebold Inc., Moen Inc., Glidden, PPG, and Associated Materials.
Ms. Petruzzi’s expertise areas include Product Management, Portfolio & Channel Management, New Product Definition, New Product Commercialization, Product Lifecycle Management, Strategic Marketing, and Marketing Communication.
Jennifer is a Walsh University graduate with a BA in Management.

Mr. Simonelli is the Executive Engineering and Technology advisor to the firm. Mr. Simonelli has 30+ years of experience developing new products, including executive positions with Nord Gear, Emerson, Roper Industries, and Oceaneering.
Mr. Simonelli is a business turn-around expert in Business Management, Product Engineering, Machine Design, Intellectual Property, Quality Systems, Service Engineering, and Marketing.
Mr. Simonelli graduated with a BME from Cleveland State University.
